Leech, Pallone Recognized as NEAC Men's Lacrosse Weekly Honorees

GANSEVOORT, N.Y. - The North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) has announced Cameron Leech and Harold Pallone as its Student-Athlete of the Week selections in men's lacrosse for the week ending April 8.

Cameron Leech (Abington, Pa.) from Bryn Athyn College has been selected as the NEAC Men’s Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Week with 18 points in two conference games for the Lions. In an 11-9 loss against Morrisville State College, the junior attacker tallied one goal and six assists. Leech set single-game program records over the weekend with seven assists and 11 points in a 13-7 win at Hilbert College. He also scooped up three ground balls in his two games last week.

Harold Pallone (Cortland, N.Y.) from Keuka College has been named the NEAC Men’s Lacrosse Defensive Player of the Week after a solid defensive effort to help the Wolves hang on for a 15-14 win against NEAC opponent Cazenovia College. The Wolves’ sophomore midfielder picked up 10 ground balls and tied a career-high with nine caused turnovers in the win.
