Olazagasti Receives Final Fall NEAC Men's Tennis Honors

GANSEVOORT, N.Y. - The North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) has announced Diego Olazagasti as its Student-Athlete of the Week selection in men’s tennis for the week ending Oct. 8. This week marks the final fall awards for tennis.

Diego Olazagasti (Exeter, Pa.) from Penn State Berks is the final NEAC Men’s Tennis Student-Athlete of the Week of the fall after going 1-1 last week. Despite the Nittany Lions suffering a 7-2 loss against Cabrini, the sophomore paired with Mostafa Rahmy for No. 1 doubles in an 8-6 setback. In singles action, Olazagasti won the first set 6-0 before falling 4-6 in the second set. In the decisive third set, he won 10-2 to emerge victorious in his No. 2 singles match.
